bk32 Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Terms", or "Agreement") govern the relationship between bk32 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", or "you") who accesses or uses the bk32 platform at bk32.pro. These Terms apply to all services offered on bk32, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, cricket betting, slot games, crash games, and all associated financial services including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus redemption.

By registering an account on bk32, logging in to an existing account, or otherwise accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.   You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering on bk32. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details (phone number and email address). Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

  Personal Use Only

  bk32 accounts are strictly for the personal use of the registered account holder. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account. You may not use the platform for commercial purposes, including but not limited to operating the platform as a business service or facilitating gambling on behalf of others.

Account Registration and Security

To use bk32's real-money services, you must first register an account. Registration requires providing a valid username, email address, phone number, and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential at all times.

bk32 implements SSL encryption across all account activity. Your password is stored using one-way cryptographic hashing — bk32 staff cannot retrieve your password. All deposits and withdrawals on bk32 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bk32 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. bk32 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

bk32 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Standard withdrawals to mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completing any outstanding KYC verification requirements. bk32 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

  Minimum Deposit

  The minimum deposit on bk32 is ৳500 for most payment methods. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.

  Withdrawal Verification

  Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. bk32 may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.

  Currency

  All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on bk32 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bk32 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Transactions processed via Visa or Mastercard may be subject to currency conversion fees applied by the card issuer.

  Deposit Responsibility

  You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds you deposit on bk32 are sourced from payment methods registered in your own name. bk32 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bk32. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited pending investigation.

  Using bk32 for any fraudulent purpose, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities. bk32 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies where required.

  Collusion and Match Fixing

  Colluding with other players, bookmakers, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing information about live game states for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, and placing bets on the basis of insider information regarding match outcomes.

  Automated Betting Systems

  The use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input is prohibited. bk32 monitors for non-human activity patterns and may immediately close accounts where such activity is detected.

  Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a bk32 deposit without first contacting bk32 support to attempt resolution is a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, bk32 will suspend the associated account immediately and pursue recovery of the disputed funds through available legal channels.

Responsible Gaming

bk32 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. bk32 provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from the account settings section after login. bk32 will cooperate with any player who identifies themselves as having a gambling-related problem. Limitation of Liability

bk32 shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a player arising from: (a) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered on it; (b) any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by a third-party payment provider; (c) any failure of internet connectivity, network infrastructure, or the player's own device; (d) any loss of data or account information resulting from events beyond bk32's reasonable control; or (e) decisions made by the player in relation to their use of the platform, including decisions to wager real money on games or betting markets.

Nothing in these Terms limits bk32's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by bk32's own negligence. bk32's total aggregate liability to any player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during that calendar month, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bk32 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bk32 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, bk32 may additionally notify players via the email address registered to their account. Your continued use of the bk32 platform after any amendment to these Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of any available balance in your account.
